Grass Fed Lamb Meat - 1/2 a Lamb for 2024 season

For this grass-fed lamb, the hanging weight is roughly 20-25 lbs. We charge based on $11/lb of hanging weight = approximately $220-$275 for the meat, cut & wrap and processing costs are included. $100 deposit for a half a lamb.

Cuts included are:

  • Neck stew chops

  • Shoulders into roasts and a few chops/steaks.

  • Racks of lamb

  • Lamb Loin Chops

  • Lamb Ribs

  • Shanks

  • Legs as whole roasts

  • Trim gets turned into ground lamb.

Lamb will be delivered in the Okanagan the first week of October (delivery locations will be Kelowna, Vernon, Armstrong, Salmon Arm, Sicamous, and Revelstoke.)

Delivery Charges are a flat rate of $50 per order , orders over $500 are free.

Deposit is $100, balance is due at pick-up/delivery.
